A clean, effective mineral sunscreen stick made from just three ingredients: 100% grass-fed suet tallow, organic beeswax, and non-nano zinc oxide. No seed oils, no synthetics, and completely reef-safe.

This zinc stick offers broad-spectrum sun protection with SPF 50.

It's built for long days in the sun, water, sweat, and outdoor activity. The high beeswax content keeps it locked to your skin through surf, sweat, and movement — and yes, once it's on your kid, it's staying there too.

Usage

First time opening it?

If the stick feels a little stuck, that’s completely normal. Simply press gently but firmly on the sides of the tube a few times, and the product will release smoothly.

If it still doesn’t move, place the stick in the freezer for a few minutes so it hardens, then press firmly around the edges and push it out.

Application tips

Our Sunstick is naturally firm since it contains no synthetic softeners. In cooler temperatures (below 25 °C), it may feel a bit harder to apply. Simply hold the stick against your skin for a few seconds — the warmth of your skin will soften the balm. Then, gently swipe it on and spread evenly using the stick itself or your fingertips.

How much to use

For everyday protection, a thin and even layer is sufficient. If you’re spending extended time in strong sun (for example, at the beach or while surfing), apply a thicker layer on areas more exposed to sunlight such as the nose, cheeks, and shoulders.

Remember: Pure Tallow Sunstick protects using a mineral filter that sits on top of the skin. Coverage is key — ensure that the areas you want to protect are evenly covered.

Storage

Keep it cool—store in a dry, cool place when not in use.

Beach-friendly, but heat-sensitive—take it with you, but avoid leaving it in direct sun or a hot car while surfing.

Seal it up—keep the cap on tight to prevent sand and debris from getting in.
