The base of everything we make: our own tallow.
Every product in this set starts with the same thing: tallow made from 100% beef kidney fat, the purest and most nutrient-rich fat of the animal. We render it ourselves, in-house, low and slow, so it keeps its natural richness. No shortcuts, no bought-in tallow, no fillers.
From there, every product gets only what it needs, and nothing it doesn’t. Short ingredient lists, nothing hidden, made by hand in small batches in Portugal.
